Festive Fun Ends year for Bushido Karate Club
It was a very tough year of training and gradings for the children of Bushido Karate Club and as a treat the club had arranged for a special visitor to bring presents and joy to the kids. As Santa entered the hall with his trusted Huskey Ziggy their little faces filled up with amazement. One by one they all got to meet Santa and tell him what they wanted for christmas. It was a magical end for the year and one that the kids truly deserved with all the hard work they put in.
One student in particular James Colwell was presented with the award of the most improved student of 2013 an award given to behavioural and attitude improvements and his hard work is a credit to his fellow students and as his Sensei, I’m very proud of James. Bushido Karate Club specialises in teaching kids-only and we return to training on January 8th and will begin all the hard preparation work for the arrival of Nobuaki Kanazawa Kancho from Japan in April to conduct their next gradings and training seminar.
Classes are every Wednesday 7pm-8pm at the Ballet Theatre Ireland in Douglas, please visit www.bushidokarate.ie or call Sensei Aaron Kenneally on 0876307006.
